Metal Frame

Framing is the structural core of interior construction, providing the support system for walls, ceilings, and bulkheads. In commercial and large-scale residential projects, metal framing is the preferred method due to its strength, precision, and resistance to fire, moisture, and pests.

Metal studs and tracks are used to build straight, uniform framing that supports drywall, insulation, and mechanical systems. This method is ideal for fast, clean installations and ensures long-term durability and compliance with building codes.

In addition to standard interior partitions, metal framing is also used to build bulkheads, soffits, and drop ceilings, allowing for clean finishes around ductwork, lighting, or design features. For exterior and structural framing, heavier gauge steel is used to provide the necessary strength and load-bearing capacity.

This versatile framing system is commonly applied in offices, retail spaces, apartment buildings, and commercial construction where layout flexibility, fire resistance, and performance are essential.
